1. Order Processing Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that customized or made-to-order items (e.g., uniforms, hoodies with print) may take longer, depending on the level of customization required.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via trusted local and international carriers. Domestic shipments (within Pakistan) normally go via reputable courier services, and international shipments are handled through standard air freight or express courier, depending on the destination and the option you select at checkout.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Domestic (within Pakistan): Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International: Estimated shipping time varies by destination; most orders arrive within 7–21 calendar days after dispatch. Delays due to customs, local holidays or carrier handling may occur.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight/size of the package, and shipping method selected. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you place the order. In some cases we may provide free or reduced shipping for bulk orders—please contact us for details.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped internationally, please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country. Asian Sports is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the shipping cost.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (or WhatsApp message) containing a tracking number or shipping reference. You can then track your package via the carrier’s website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and contents and notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may either resend the items or provide a refund depending on the outcome.
8. Changes & Cancellations If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes. In that case, you may be responsible for any redirect or return shipping costs.
9. Delivery Issues If the courier attempts delivery and fails (for example, nobody is available), the package may be returned or forwarded to a local depot. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide instructions to the carrier for safe drop-off. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address input or recipient unavailability.
