1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
Items that are customized, made-to-order, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is wrong, defective or damaged, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24-48 hours] of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace it (if available) or issue a return.
In such cases, return shipping may be covered by us; if you return an item because you simply changed your mind, shipping costs will typically be at your expense.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Timing for credits can vary based on your bank and payment provider.
Shipping fees (both original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
For items purchased on sale or with a discount, special terms may apply — some sale items may be final or only eligible for exchange/store-credit rather than full refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example a different size or colour), please follow the return process above and once the original item is approved for return, place a new order for the replacement item.
Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed — we recommend placing the new order promptly.
6. Shipping & Costs
You are responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning items, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Use a courier with tracking — we cannot issue refunds if the package fails to reach us.
If you received “free shipping” on your original order and you return part or all of that order, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
7. Address Changes, Cancellations & Other Conditions
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, cancellation or change may not be possible.
Returns from international shipments may be subject to customs, duties or import‐taxes which are borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in accordance with this policy or is sent back without prior authorization.
